Cancellation
To cancel a purchased product or service, contact our customer support team promptly. Subscription plans can be canceled anytime, but refunds for unused periods are not provided. Refunds are permissible only within 14 days from the date of course purchase.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products (e-books, online courses) are generally not available after access or download, except at our discretion. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Physical product refunds are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy.

If you notice unauthorized transactions, report them immediately for investigation and possible refund. For technical issues that hinder product access, contact support for resolution and potential refunds. Compliance with our Terms of Use is required for refund eligibility.
